oh what a day

Today was a wonderful school day.
Started a little sucky because i didn't do well on my buying midterm.

But for field trip, I got to visit the Tommy Hilfiger building in the far west down on 26th St.
Betsy, Tommy's sister, was our speaker and she is such a sweetheart!
Even better, everyone was really friendly and energetic.
We all got the opportunity to browse their fashion closet and look at the clutter of merchandise collected since Tommy was in high school.
We even got to meet Tommy!...for about 5 minutes. But hey that's better than nothing!

I really enjoyed the company's whole vibe. Probably a difficult company to land an internship, but it would sure be an amazing one.

And because field trip running overtime and the fact that I was on 12th and 26th st and needed to get to 45th and 3rd ave, I was 25 minutes late to my next class the day of the midterm. It wasn't too difficult, but I learned to always go with my instincts because I made stupid mistakes. THANKFULLY, while I was waiting on my two friends, I asked the professor to grade mine. He showed me my mistakes and I convinced him that I really knew how to do everything (which is true!) and I he ended up getting a 90. :) YES GO ME!

Lastly, was my 3 hour class. Midterm projects were due. I could sense everyone's anxiety for their grades. I'm one to settle for average, so a B or B+ would be satisfying enough for me. But baby I got an A-! :}
